We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous or flammable goods

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
